The Edible City: A Year of Wild Food
≡ Menu

DORSET : Wild Food Foraging and Wild Pizza Making. May 12th.

Owermoigne, Dorset.
Sunday May 12th.
10am – 2pm.

This will be a fantastic morning of foraging, identifying edible wild plants, learning to recognise and avoid poisonous species, touching, rubbing, sniffing and tasting as we go. After which, we will head to our amazing outdoor kitchen, complete with wood fired pizza oven, to assemble, cook and eat some of our finds. Expect Wild Garlic in abundance and numerous other delicious wild flavours and delights.

I am very excited about these events at the beautiful and idyllic Moignes Court. It’s a stunning country house surrounded by woodland, meadows, ancient hedgerows and streams. More info about the location here.
