This will be a fantastic morning of foraging, identifying edible wild plants, learning to recognise and avoid poisonous species, touching, rubbing, sniffing and tasting as we go. After which, we will head to our amazing outdoor kitchen, complete with wood fired pizza oven, to assemble, cook and eat some of our finds. Expect Wild Garlic in abundance and numerous other delicious wild flavours and delights.
I am very excited that this is the first event we will be running at the beautiful and idyllic Moignes Court, a country house surrounded by woodland, meadows ancient hedgerows and streams. More info about the location here.
