You don’t strictly need to work in a restaurant or a posh cocktail bar to come on this walk but you do need to be off work on a Wednesday.
A seasonal wild food walk exploring some of the cities amazing flavours and ingredients, many of which are discussed at length in my book The Edible City. As Mark Hix puts it “John Rensten is a man after my own heart”.
