Cancellation by you, the client. To cancel your place and get a refund I need 2 full weeks notice prior to the event date. If you cancel anytime later than this I can neither give you a refund, or transfer you to another walk. The reason is that once the walk is full I take it off my site so it becomes very hard to then fill the place (and I lose the opportunity to sell the place you had) and if I just move you to another walk I am still out of pocket. I am happy for you to send someone else in your place and where possible I will obviously try to fill the place but make no guarantees. Locations may also change if absolutely necessary, very occasionally and always to somewhere nearby, in order to make the most of what is in season.
